Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age upon application
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • must possess a valid passport with ability to travel internationally
  • ability to pass FAA-mandated background check
  • ability to pass drug test
  • successfully complete intensive 6-week training program

Job Duties

  • Lead cabin safety procedures
  • conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
  • enforce FAA regulations
  • execute emergency evacuations and manage turbulence protocols
  • respond to security threats
  • respond to in-flight medical emergencies using first aid, CPR, and AEDs
  • deliver exceptional customer service including meal and beverage service
  • anticipate and accommodate passenger needs
  • resolve conflicts and manage flight delays
  • collaborate with crew, gate agents, and pilots for smooth flight operations
