Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age upon application
- high school diploma or GED required
- must possess a valid passport with ability to travel internationally
- ability to pass FAA-mandated background check
- ability to pass drug test
- successfully complete intensive 6-week training program

Job Duties
- Lead cabin safety procedures
- conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
- enforce FAA regulations
- execute emergency evacuations and manage turbulence protocols
- respond to security threats
- respond to in-flight medical emergencies using first aid, CPR, and AEDs
- deliver exceptional customer service including meal and beverage service
- anticipate and accommodate passenger needs
- resolve conflicts and manage flight delays
- collaborate with crew, gate agents, and pilots for smooth flight operations
