Job Requirements

- Native or highly proficient fluency in English and a designated target language
- Pass a rigorous third-party language proficiency exam
- Possess a valid passport granting unrestricted global travel
- Ability to work in Quincy, MA
- Entry-level experience acceptable

Job Duties
- Make in-flight public address announcements in your designated language
- Translate critical safety instructions and service offerings accurately
- Provide culturally attuned customer service understanding unique customs of international passengers
- Assist passengers with customs declarations and immigration forms
- Provide rapid translation during in-flight medical emergencies or security issues
- Execute standard pre-flight and in-flight duties securing the cabin
- Deliver premium meal services in Delta One cabins
