Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare with a focus on quality and performance improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to present effectively to diverse audiences
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Clinical licensure with hands-on practice or leadership experience in a hospital setting
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex projects with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes
- In-depth knowledge of hospital systems including Joint Commission standards, CMS guidelines, and DOH regulations
- Expertise in patient safety protocols and quality improvement methodologies
