Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare with a focus on quality and performance improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to present effectively to diverse audiences

  • Master's degree
  • Clinical licensure with hands-on practice or leadership experience in a hospital setting
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex projects with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes
  • In-depth knowledge of hospital systems including Joint Commission standards, CMS guidelines, and DOH regulations
  • Expertise in patient safety protocols and quality improvement methodologies
