- BMI lower than 32
- Have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
- No more than 5 deliveries and 2 c-sections
- Non-smoker and drug-free
- Mental and physical health
- Stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Job Duties
- Complete screening and legal processes to become a surrogate mother
- Maintain physical and mental health throughout the surrogacy journey
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and intended parents
- Attend scheduled medical appointments and follow medical guidance
- Participate in wellness and housekeeping programs
- Adhere to legal and contractual obligations
- Promote and participate in referral programs to support agency growth
