Job Requirements

  • Be between 21 and 36 years old
  • Have a BMI lower than 32
  • Have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
  • Have no more than five deliveries and two c-sections
  • Be a non-smoker and drug-free
  • Maintain good mental and physical health
  • Have a stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Job Qualifications

  • Be between 21 and 36 years old
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) below 32
  • Have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
  • Have no more than five deliveries and two cesarean sections
  • Be a non-smoker and drug-free
  • Demonstrate good mental and physical health
  • Have a stable lifestyle and clean criminal record
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Job Duties

  • Complete medical and psychological screenings
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout the surrogacy process
  • Attend medical appointments and hormone treatments as required
  • Communicate regularly with our agency and intended parents
  • Comply with all legal requirements and guidelines
  • Participate in wellness and housekeeping programs
  • Support the intended parents emotionally and physically
