Job Duties
- undergo medical and psychological screenings to confirm eligibility
- maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout the pregnancy
- attend all medical appointments and follow healthcare provider instructions

- communicate regularly with agency staff and intended parents
- participate in wellness programs and housekeeping support as provided
- adhere to agency policies and guidelines for surrogacy conduct
