Job Requirements
- Be between ages 21-36 years old
- Have a BMI lower than 32
- Have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
- No more than 5 deliveries and 2 c-sections
- Non-smoker and drug-free
- Maintain mental and physical health
- Have a stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Complete all required medical screenings and assessments
- Participate in legal clearances and documentation
- Maintain physical and mental health throughout the pregnancy

- Attend appointments and communication with the agency and intended parents
- Cooperate with healthcare providers and surrogacy professionals
- Adhere to company policies and procedures during the surrogacy process
