- be between ages 21 and 36
- have a BMI lower than 32
- have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
- have had no more than 5 deliveries and 2 c-sections
- be a non-smoker and drug-free
- possess mental and physical health stability
- have a stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
- be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
