Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous pregnancy experience
- commitment to health and wellness
- ability to comply with medical and legal protocols
- willingness to participate in wellness and housekeeping programs
- clean criminal record
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
Job Qualifications
- be between 21 and 36 years old
- have a BMI lower than 32
- have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
- no more than 5 deliveries and 2 c-sections
- be a non-smoker and drug-free
- maintain good mental and physical health
- have a stable lifestyle and clean criminal record
- be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Job Duties
- undergo medical screening and legal clearance
- maintain physical and mental health throughout the pregnancy
- follow agency guidelines for wellness and safety
- coordinate with intended parents and healthcare providers
- participate in wellness and housekeeping programs
- adhere to lifestyle requirements and legal agreements
- support intended parents emotionally throughout the surrogacy journey
