Job Requirements
- Be between ages 21 and 36 years old
- Have a body mass index (BMI) lower than 32
- Have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
- Have no more than 5 deliveries and 2 cesarean sections
- Be a non-smoker and drug-free
- Demonstrate stable mental and physical health
- Maintain a stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

- Participate in medical screenings and legal procedures for surrogacy
- Maintain a healthy physical and mental condition throughout the process
- Follow all medical guidance and surrogacy program protocols
- Communicate regularly with agency personnel and intended parents
- Attend wellness and healthcare appointments
- Adhere to lifestyle and legal requirements set forth by the agency
- Support the intended parents through the pregnancy journey
