- Be between ages 21-36 years old
- BMI lower than 32
- At least one successful pregnancy and delivery
- No more than 5 deliveries and 2 c-sections
- Non-smoker and drug-free
- Good mental and physical health
- Stable lifestyle with clean criminal record
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Job Duties
- Undergo medical screening and health evaluations
- Participate in legal consultations and clearance processes
- Maintain physical and mental health throughout the surrogacy journey
- Communicate regularly with the surrogacy agency and intended parents
- Follow health and wellness program guidelines
- Attend medical appointments and pregnancy check-ups
- Support the intended parents emotionally when necessary
