- Be between ages 21-36 years old
- BMI lower than 32
- Have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
- No more than 5 deliveries and 2 c-sections
- Non-smoker and drug-free
- Good mental and physical health
- Stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Job Duties
- Participate in the surrogacy program and undergo required medical screenings
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle and meet physical and mental health standards
- Work closely with medical professionals and intended parents
- Attend scheduled medical appointments and follow healthcare guidelines
- Comply with legal and contractual requirements
- Promote our referral program and support new surrogates
- Communicate regularly with the agency to ensure a smooth surrogacy experience
