Job Requirements
- Doctor of medicine (MD) or doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification or eligibility in pulmonology
- Valid medical license to practice in Arkansas or ability to obtain one
- Experience in pulmonary medicine or relevant fellowship training
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to participate in teaching and mentoring
- Ability to work flexible schedules as needed
Job Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in pulmonology
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Experience with robotic bronchoscopy technology preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Teaching experience or interest in medical education
Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive pulmonary care to patients
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools including the ION robotic bronchoscopy platform
- Collaborate closely with hospitalist and specialty teams
- Precept and mentor medical students and residents
- Document patient encounters using Epic electronic medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Engage in community outreach and education
