Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or submit exemption statement
- Ability to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior security or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve

Job Duties
- Operate as the first point of contact for patients and guests
- Verify authorization and legitimate business of all visitors
- Provide exceptional customer service with a welcoming approach
- Offer directions and assistance to visitors requiring special help
- Utilize problem-solving skills independently
- Request additional support for visitors as needed
- Maintain security and safety protocols at all times
