Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
- Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or obtain an approved exemption
- Availability to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Customer service experience preferred
- Administrative experience a plus
- Ability to manage aggressive behavior with de-escalation training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact and source of information for patients and guests
- Ensure all visitors are authorized or have legitimate business on the property
- Employ exceptional customer service skills to welcome visitors
- Provide directions and assistance to visitors as needed
- Use independent judgment and problem-solving skills in the absence of direct supervision
- Coordinate requests for special assistance for visitors
- Maintain security and safety protocols at the front desk
