Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
  • Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or obtain an approved exemption
  • Availability to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior security experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Administrative experience a plus
  • Ability to manage aggressive behavior with de-escalation training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact and source of information for patients and guests
  • Ensure all visitors are authorized or have legitimate business on the property
  • Employ exceptional customer service skills to welcome visitors
  • Provide directions and assistance to visitors as needed
  • Use independent judgment and problem-solving skills in the absence of direct supervision
  • Coordinate requests for special assistance for visitors
  • Maintain security and safety protocols at the front desk
