Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have an exemption allowing non-vaccination
- Ability to work 32 hours per week including weekend and holiday rotations
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service orientation

- Prior experience in security, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Capacity to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
- Verify authorization and legitimate business of individuals entering the facility
- Provide directions and information to visitors
- Assist visitors requiring special assistance
- Employ exceptional customer service skills
- Handle situations independently using problem-solving skills
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
