Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or officially exempted by medical or personal reasons
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
- Ability to work day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact and source of information for patients and guests
- Ensure all visitors entering the facility are authorized or have legitimate business
- Provide directions and assistance to visitors, including those needing special help
- Employ exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment
- Use problem-solving skills to address issues independently in the absence of direct supervision
- Manage aggressive behavior through established de-escalation techniques
- Coordinate with security and hospital staff to maintain safety and order within the facility
