Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Completion of MOAB de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
  • Full vaccination against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption
  • Flexible availability to work weekend, holiday, and on-call shifts
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus
  • Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
  • Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or exempt by medical or personal reasons
  • Ability to think independently and solve problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
  • Verify authorization for entry and legitimate business on hospital property
  • Provide directions and general information to guests
  • Assist visitors requiring special assistance
  • Use independent judgment and problem-solving skills in the absence of direct supervision
  • Employ exceptional customer service techniques
  • Ensure safety and security within the facility
