Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in security, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
  • Completion of MOAB de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
  • Full vaccination against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption
  • Availability for flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
  • Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and resolve issues independently

Job Duties

  • Operate as the first point of contact and source of information for patients and guests
  • Ensure all visitors and entrants are authorized or have legitimate business on the property
  • Employ exceptional customer service skills to welcome and assist visitors
  • Provide directions and support to visitors needing special assistance
  • Think independently and use problem-solving skills in the absence of direct supervision
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff
  • Participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday rotations as scheduled
