Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Completion of MOAB de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
- Full vaccination against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or official exemption
- Ability to work 20 hours per week including evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Capability to work independently and problem-solve
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or provide an exemption statement
Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for patients and visitors
- Verify authorization and legitimate business for entry
- Provide directions and information courteously
- Assist visitors needing special assistance
- Employ exceptional customer service skills
- Use problem-solving skills independently
- Maintain a secure and welcoming front desk environment
