Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
  • management of aggressive behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
  • must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have approved exemption by signing statement
  • availability for evening shifts and weekend/holiday rotations
  • ability to work 16 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • prior experience in security, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
  • ability to manage aggressive behavior with MOAB training within 120 days of hire
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays
  • fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or eligible for exemption

Job Duties

  • Serve as first point of contact for patients, guests, and visitors
  • verify authorization and legitimacy of all individuals entering the property
  • provide exceptional customer service and directions
  • assist visitors requiring special assistance
  • employ problem-solving skills and act independently when unsupervised
  • maintain a secure and welcoming environment
  • report incidents and escalate issues as appropriate
