Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
 - prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
 - management of aggressive behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
 - must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have approved exemption by signing statement
 - availability for evening shifts and weekend/holiday rotations
 - ability to work 16 hours per week
 
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
 - prior experience in security, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
 - ability to manage aggressive behavior with MOAB training within 120 days of hire
 - excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - ability to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays
 - fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or eligible for exemption
 
Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for patients, guests, and visitors
 - verify authorization and legitimacy of all individuals entering the property
 - provide exceptional customer service and directions
 - assist visitors requiring special assistance
 - employ problem-solving skills and act independently when unsupervised
 - maintain a secure and welcoming environment
 - report incidents and escalate issues as appropriate
