Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
  • Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or exempt through certification
  • Availability to work day/evening shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and remain alert during shift hours
  • Good problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Completed Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
  • Verify authorization and legitimate purpose for all individuals entering the facility
  • Provide directions and information to visitors
  • Assist visitors requiring special accommodations or help
  • Use problem-solving skills to operate independently without direct supervision
  • Employ Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) techniques to de-escalate situations
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment at the front desk area
