Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or exempt through certification
- Availability to work day/evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and remain alert during shift hours
- Good problem-solving abilities

- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
- Verify authorization and legitimate purpose for all individuals entering the facility
- Provide directions and information to visitors
- Assist visitors requiring special accommodations or help
- Use problem-solving skills to operate independently without direct supervision
- Employ Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) techniques to de-escalate situations
- Maintain a safe and secure environment at the front desk area
