Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • prior experience in security, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
  • management of aggressive behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
  • must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or provide an approved exemption
  • availability to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently without direct supervision

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • prior security experience a plus
  • customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • ability to manage aggressive behavior through MOAB training
  • fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
  • monitor access to the hospital ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter
  • provide directions and assistance to patients and guests
  • request support for visitors needing special assistance
  • use problem-solving skills to address security and safety concerns independently
  • maintain a calm and professional demeanor while managing difficult situations
  • complete Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
