Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID-19 virus or exempt by medical or personal reasons
- Ability to work flexible shifts with weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong problem-solving ability

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and guests
- Monitor and control access to the facility
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance
- Offer directions and support to visitors needing special assistance
- Respond independently to issues using problem-solving skills
- Enforce safety and security protocols
- Maintain a welcoming and secure front desk environment
