Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Criminal justice fingerprint/background clearance
- IVP (Identity Verified Print) fingerprint clearance card
- Ability to attend scheduled meetings and training
- Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
- Capability to operate point of sale systems
- Availability to work on a 180 day annual calendar

Job Duties
- Attend meetings for conveying or gathering information
- Clean kitchen and associated areas to maintain sanitary conditions
- Cook breakfast and lunch foods following recipes and nutritional guidelines
- Estimate food preparation amounts using production records
- Evaluate prepared foods for quality and adherence to standards
- Operate point of sale system to secure funds and count meals
- Prepare food and beverage items for special events and daily meals
- Record payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Report equipment malfunctions for maintenance
- Serve required food items meeting nutritional needs
- Stock food, condiments, and supplies maintaining adequate quantities
