- Minimum of high school education
- Minimum of one year in hotel customer service role
- Food safety certification preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions

Job Duties
- Directly oversee hourly banquet food and beverage servers
- Provide ongoing direction, supervision, and monitoring to banquet staff
- Coordinate room and facility set-up including audio/visual and food and beverage
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintenance of division standards
- Maximize banquet profitability
- Represent the hotel to banquet guests
- Perform various other assigned duties
