Minimum of high school education
Minimum of one year in hotel customer service role
Food safety certification preferred
Alcohol awareness certification preferred
Ability to provide legible communication and directions
Outgoing personality

Job Duties

Directly oversee hourly banquet food and beverage servers
Provide ongoing direction, supervision, and monitoring to banquet staff
Coordinate room and facility set-up including audio/visual and food and beverage
Ensure guest satisfaction and maintenance of division standards
Maximize banquet profitability
Represent the hotel to banquet guests
Perform various other assigned duties
