Minimum of one year in a hotel customer service role

Job Duties

Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests
Provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff
Coordinates all aspects of the room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F&B to ensure guest satisfaction and division standards
Maintains profit maximization through efficient banquet operations
Communicates effectively with guests and team members to exceed expectations
Ensures compliance with food safety and alcohol awareness standards
Performs various other duties as assigned
