Job Duties

  • Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests
  • Provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff
  • Coordinates all aspects of the room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F&B to ensure guest satisfaction and division standards
  • Maintains profit maximization through efficient banquet operations
  • Communicates effectively with guests and team members to exceed expectations
  • Ensures compliance with food safety and alcohol awareness standards
  • Performs various other duties as assigned
