Job Requirements

- Minimum of one year in a hotel customer service role
- Food safety certification preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Job Duties
- Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests
- Provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff
- Coordinates all aspects of the room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F&B to ensure guest satisfaction and division standards
- Maintains profit maximization through efficient banquet operations
- Communicates effectively with guests and team members to exceed expectations
- Ensures compliance with food safety and alcohol awareness standards
- Performs various other duties as assigned
