Job Requirements
- minimum of high school education
- minimum of one year of experience in a hotel customer service role
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- food safety certification preferred
- alcohol awareness certification preferred

Job Duties
- directly responsible to the banquet manager executive chef f&b director the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests
- provides ongoing direction supervision and monitoring to banquet staff
- coordinates all aspect of the room facilities set-up including audio visual and f&b to ensure guest satisfaction division standards and profit maximization
- monitors banquet events to maintain quality control and resolve any issues promptly
- trains banquet staff on service standards and procedures
- communicates effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
- performs various other duties as assigned
