Job Requirements
- Valid state driver's license
- Must drive own vehicle
- Ability to pick up, pack, load, and unload meals
- Good driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Job Qualifications
- Valid state driver's license for commercial vehicles and/or a medical card from an approved DOT medical examiner
- An acceptable driving record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- One year experience driving is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Transporting materials to and from assigned destinations in a safe and effective manner, complying with all DOT rules and regulations alongside state and city traffic laws
- Complete thorough inspections of any utilized company equipment, before and after each trip
- Keeping open communication with dispatch to ensure notification of any issues or delays on the route
- Picking up meals, packing, loading, and unloading at different locations for both breakfast and lunch
- Driving to another location once a week to drop off supplies
