- must be at least 16 years old
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in retail or food service is a plus but not required
- strong customer service and communication skills

- capable of handling cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties
- delight customers by serving freshly prepared and decorated sweets and treats
- answer customer questions and assist them in finding bakery products
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bake shop kitchen
- prepare bakery items according to company standards and recipes
- ensure food safety and quality in all bakery operations
- assist in other store duties as needed
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
