- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic computer literacy
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greets guests and takes beverage and food orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsells additional items to enhance profitability
- Enters orders into a computerized system accurately
- Settles guest checks upon completion of service
- Performs general cleaning tasks to comply with health and safety standards
- Assists with selection and purchase of specialty coffee and whole bean sales
- Handles cash transactions and stocks inventory as required
