Job Requirements
- experience in customer service, retail, hospitality where the focus is customer facing
- take pride in being part of a team and embody company principles of kindness, respect, deliciousness, efficiency, and cleanliness
- comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting
Job Qualifications
- experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality environments preferred but not required
- comfortable using point of sale (POS) systems
- friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team setting
- strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency

Job Duties
- engage with customers to take orders and create a genuine connection
- craft coffee drinks with consistency, quality, and style following company training
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- take ownership of assigned station and shift responsibilities
- support team members and collaborate to improve workflow
- promote positive energy and friendly atmosphere during shifts
- adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
