Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager, Managing Partner or Assistant General Manager
  • experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining preferred
  • demonstrated sustainable operational results with solid job history
  • strong business acumen managing P&L, scheduling, ordering, and inventory
  • enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen
  • ability to withstand temperatures of 30 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
  • able to move throughout the restaurant for up to 10-12 hours a day
  • capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs for distances of up to 10 feet
