Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager, Managing Partner or Assistant General Manager
- experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining preferred
- demonstrated sustainable operational results with solid job history
- strong business acumen managing P&L, scheduling, ordering, and inventory
- enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen
- ability to withstand temperatures of 30 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
- able to move throughout the restaurant for up to 10-12 hours a day
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs for distances of up to 10 feet
Job Qualifications
