Job Requirements
- 5+ years as a general manager, managing partner or assistant general manager
- Experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining environments preferred
- Proven sustainable operational results with a solid job history
- Strong business acumen including managing P&L, scheduling and inventory
- Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen restaurant
- Ability to withstand temperatures from 30 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
- Able to move throughout the restaurant for up to 10-12 hours a day
- Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 75 lbs for distances up to 10 ft
