Job Requirements

  • 5+ years as a general manager, managing partner or assistant general manager
  • Experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining environments preferred
  • Proven sustainable operational results with a solid job history
  • Strong business acumen including managing P&L, scheduling and inventory
  • Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen restaurant
  • Ability to withstand temperatures from 30 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Able to move throughout the restaurant for up to 10-12 hours a day
  • Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 75 lbs for distances up to 10 ft
