Job Requirements

  • 5+ years as a general manager, managing partner or assistant general manager
  • polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
  • demonstrated sustainable operational results with solid job history
  • strong business acumen managing P&L, scheduling and ordering/inventory
  • enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen restaurant
  • ability to withstand temperatures from 30 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
  • able to move throughout the restaurant for extended periods up to 10-12 hours a day
  • capable of lifting and carrying items up to 75 lbs for distances up to 10 ft

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a general manager, managing partner or assistant general manager
  • experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining preferred
  • proven track record of sustainable operational results
  • strong business acumen including managing a P&L, scheduling and inventory
  • hands-on leadership experience in a scratch kitchen restaurant

Job Duties

  • Recruit and retain skilled team members
  • train and develop staff for optimal performance
  • provide supervision and leadership to the restaurant team
  • drive sales growth and maintain outstanding guest service
  • ensure quality of operations and uphold food and service standards
  • manage profitability and oversee financial reporting
  • collaborate with Culinary and Front of House Managers to meet operational excellence
