Job Requirements

  • 5 plus years as a general manager, managing partner or assistant general manager
  • polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
  • sustainable operational results with solid job history
  • stellar business acumen including managing a P and L, scheduling, ordering and inventory
  • enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen restaurant
  • ability to withstand temperatures of 30 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
  • ability to move throughout the restaurant for up to 10 to 12 hours a day
  • ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds for distances of up to 10 feet

Job Qualifications

  • 5 plus years as a general manager, managing partner or assistant general manager
  • experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining preferred
  • proven sustainable operational results with solid job history
  • strong business acumen including managing P and L, scheduling, ordering and inventory
