Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum two years of related experience
- strong mathematical and geometrical skills
- preferred experience in construction trades
- preferred project management experience
- familiarity with Timberline software is a plus
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet
- ability to maintain safety and enforce regulations on-site
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or two years of related experience combined with two years of related training and education
- strong understanding of math with an analytical mind
- strong geometry skills
- construction trades experience preferred but not necessary
- project management experience preferred
- experience with Timberline is a plus
- Master's degree preferred
- excellent leadership skills
- sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment
- effective client interaction skills
- knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Internet
- ability to work in a hands-on environment with high communication demands
Job Duties
- Analyze and design project objectives and events
- manage project budgets and ensure quality control
- plan work schedules according to objectives
- understand and approve project financials for large expenditures
- assess and control risk
- estimate and allocate resources
- communicate with key stakeholders including sales, senior management, crews, and subcontractors
- identify, manage and control project changes
- maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
