Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in public safety or emergency management with program oversight
  • Proven leadership in managing vendor-based teams
  • Deep understanding of US first responder protocols such as ICS and NIMS
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and strategic initiatives
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally
  • Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for incident management

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Public Safety or Emergency Management
  • Proven track record in program oversight, strategic operations, or specialized training units
  • Extensive experience in vendor or people management
  • Deep knowledge of US first responder and public safety protocols (ICS/NIMS)
  • Exceptional communication skills focused on translating program success for executives
  • Strong cultural competence within the Public Safety sector
  • Collaborative approach to risk management partnering with Legal, Product, and Policy teams

Job Duties

  • Drive the strategic vision and operational excellence of the Public Safety Outreach program
  • Manage and optimize a vendor-based team of First Responder Ambassadors
  • Scale the certification and quality assurance process for the Ambassador program
  • Establish a data-driven framework to measure training effectiveness
  • Oversee the strategic roadmap for industry event participation
  • Develop scalable program playbooks and internal policies that streamline communication with public safety officials
