Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of food service leadership experience
- ServSafe Certification
- Strong culinary knowledge

Job Duties
- Train, supervise, and support all kitchen staff
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, timekeeping, and coaching
- Coordinate and oversee all culinary production
- support the Executive Chef where needed
- Select vendors, place food orders, and manage inventory responsibly
- Develop and select recipes
- standardize menus to ensure consistent quality
- Forecast food usage and adjust production levels based on demand and budget guidelines
- Maintain organized and accurate production records
- Establish food presentation standards and quality expectations
- Participate in Food Committee meetings and menu planning
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning properly
- Maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen and ensure compliance with the C.L.E.A.N.Works program
- Build strong relationships with residents, clients, staff, and vendors
- Analyze production processes and recommend operational improvements as needed
