Job Duties
- Prepare all foods and related items for cafeteria, catering customers, and patient meals
- Ensure food production meets recipe specifications and proper procedures
- Maintain quality, taste, appearance, and freshness of all products
- Record product temperatures and monitor holding times as appropriate
- Meet all production deadlines
- Demonstrate cost-conscious behaviors in all aspects
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, cleanliness, and food storage standards
- Assist with serving customers and provide world-class customer service
