  • Preferred experience as food service line cook or lead cook
  • Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred Serv Safe or equivalent certification

Job Duties

  • Prepare all foods and related items for cafeteria, catering customers, and patient meals
  • Ensure food production meets recipe specifications and proper procedures
  • Maintain quality, taste, appearance, and freshness of all products
  • Record product temperatures and monitor holding times as appropriate
  • Meet all production deadlines
  • Demonstrate cost-conscious behaviors in all aspects
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety, cleanliness, and food storage standards
  • Assist with serving customers and provide world-class customer service
