Job Duties
- Pull all food items needed for breakfast service, grab-n-go items, muffins, prepare bagels, Danish, and breads for line service
- Assist early cook with set-up if needed
- Prepare by baking and/or cooking items needed for today's service and/or pre-prep for tomorrow's needs
- Cut and dish up items needed for Sweet Treats section for lunch in sufficient quantities
- At the end of meal service, clean and maintain work area and inform the General Manager of special problems or concerns
- Before shift's end, ensure all items needed for next day's service are on hand and ready to be baked in proper quantities for ideal service needs
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas during work and schedule special cleaning projects with supervisor during down time periods
