Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fast food or retail customer service preferred

- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
Job Duties
- Sell and service drive-thru guests within 3 minutes
- Administer the 7 steps to Drive-thru to ensure quality service
- Collect payment for each meal before serving
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the drive-thru area
- Restock supplies to prevent delays
- Adhere to uniform, safety, and cash handling policies
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
