Job Duties
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all user interfaces, infotainment systems, safety technologies, and advanced driver assistance features across Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, email, and text communications with professionalism and energy
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries and product consultations for new and prospective clients
- Provide personalized vehicle delivery experiences by demonstrating advanced features and assisting with technology setups like MBUX, navigation, and driver assistance systems
- Support the sales team by managing product-related inquiries, organizing test drives, and preparing vehicles for deliveries
- Assist in inventory management by updating vehicle and customer data in the dealership's Sales Management System and CRM
- Use social media platforms proactively to promote inventory, dealership events, and Mercedes-Benz innovations
