Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- at least 1 year of office experience preferred
- ability to maintain professionalism and discretion
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- typing speed between 30 and 40 words per minute
- ability to respond to emergencies and manage interruptions
- willing to undergo pre-employment screening including background check, drug screen, and vaccination verification

Job Duties
- Greet and assist all visitors, residents, and vendors with accurate information and directions
- monitor resident movement to prevent elopement and respond to code-alert door alarms
- receive deliveries and notify appropriate staff
- distribute payroll checks biweekly and accept monthly resident payments
- process meal orders and payments for residents' guests
- serve as contact for vending machine issues and sell postage stamps
- sort and distribute daily mail
- maintain updated emergency contact files
- perform typing and filing duties for medical records, including incident reports in MDI
- answer and direct incoming calls and messages
- carry out other duties as assigned
