Job Duties

  • Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and mail distribution
  • Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information
  • Support school staff with scheduling, communications, and other office needs
  • Travel to assigned school locations as needed (you can choose your preferred travel distance)
