Job Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours during a shift
- able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs

- willing to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Duties
- Cleaning dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans and cooking equipment
- keep the dish/prep area clean and organized
- properly execute recipe procedures
- complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc
- help fellow team members when appropriate
- able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
- maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and restaurant to company standards
