Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or fresh food preparation
- Food Handler Certification or Food Safety Certification preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and technology
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food according to recipes and item specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and sales areas
- Wrap, label, and store merchandise properly
- Monitor temperature control and verify expiration dates
- Dispose of lesser-quality food products
- Assist members with bakery and prepared food orders
- Use digital tools to enhance operations and member experience
