Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required trainings and assessments
- capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- commitment to providing excellent member service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or fresh food preparation preferred
- food handler certification (food safety) is a plus
- ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety standards
- strong communication skills
- capability to use digital tools related to food preparation and inventory
- team collaboration skills
- adaptability to changing work scenarios
Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- maintain clean shelves and control product temperatures
- verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality food items
- prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- maintain the sales floor by handling claims and returns, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink
- keep work areas clean and sanitized
- collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- operate and sanitize equipment
- leverage digital tools to improve operations
- stock and rotate merchandise
- assist customers according to company policies
- drive performance and manage waste
