Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Washington State Food Workers Card
- At least one year of experience in restaurant or deli environment
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability to pass background and reference checks

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate product information to increase sales and meet revenue goals
- Assist Team Leader with ordering products and maintaining product inventory
- Achieve all food preparation guidelines including recipe compliance and portion control
- Develop and maintain product displays that influence customer buying trends
- Manage store-level vendor relations and participate in product promotions
- Maintain stocking standards including rotation and cleaning procedures
- Prevent loss, conduct physical inventories, and practice inventory control
- Remove outdated products daily and restock according to guidelines
