Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months supervising a team
  • Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed timeframes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Supervise the team within prepared foods departments including café, rotisserie, and prepared foods
  • Communicate department goals and execute company programs
  • Ensure compliance with quality, inventory, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Manage production seasonality and coordinate resources effectively
  • Leverage digital tools to plan sales and improve associate engagement
  • Maintain operational excellence including cleanliness, staffing, audit compliance, and merchandise display
  • Train and develop team members while sourcing new talent
  • Collaborate with managers, partners, and vendors to meet business needs
  • Promote compliance with company policies and ethics
  • Lead and participate in teamwork to meet customer and business priorities
