Job Duties
- Supervise the team within prepared foods departments including café, rotisserie, and prepared foods
- Communicate department goals and execute company programs
- Ensure compliance with quality, inventory, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage production seasonality and coordinate resources effectively
- Leverage digital tools to plan sales and improve associate engagement
- Maintain operational excellence including cleanliness, staffing, audit compliance, and merchandise display
- Train and develop team members while sourcing new talent
- Collaborate with managers, partners, and vendors to meet business needs
- Promote compliance with company policies and ethics
- Lead and participate in teamwork to meet customer and business priorities
